Manual Osteopath in Coquitlam

Helping People Move Better, Feel Better and Live With Less Pain

I help people who are living with pain, tension, stiffness or restricted movement feel more comfortable and at ease in their bodies. My approach combines Manual Osteopathy and Therapeutic Bodywork with more than 20 years of experience in movement, exercise and health.

My passion for osteopathy began through my own experience with chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. After years of intense physical activity, I found myself dealing with persistent aches, stiffness and recurring injuries that stretching and exercise alone could not fully resolve. When I first experienced osteopathy, what struck me was not simply the change in my pain, but how much more relaxed, balanced and comfortable I began to feel in my body.

That inspired me to pursue osteopathy professionally and dedicate my career to helping others experience the same benefits.

My journey into health and wellness began in 2004 when I retrained as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor after an earlier career in business. Over the following years I built a successful personal training business and gained management experience in some of London’s leading health clubs. Along the way, I developed a deep interest in movement, rehabilitation, injury prevention and the relationship between physical health and overall wellbeing.

In 2022, my wife and I fulfilled a lifelong dream by moving from the United Kingdom to beautiful British Columbia. Since then, I have continued expanding my education and clinical skills through studies in kinesiology, osteopathy and therapeutic bodywork.

Today, I combine osteopathy with a broad understanding of movement, exercise, recovery and nervous system regulation to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, release tension and feel more at ease in their bodies.

My Approach

I believe that effective treatment begins by listening carefully and understanding the individual behind the symptoms.

There is no one-size-fits-all treatment. Sessions are adapted to your comfort, your goals and what your body needs that day.

Whether someone is seeking relief from back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint discomfort, stress-related tension or mobility restrictions, my goal is always the same: to help them move more freely, feel more comfortable and improve their overall quality of life.

My treatments are gentle, hands-on and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in movement and therapeutic bodywork, my approach brings together Manual Osteopathy with training and experience in Shiatsu, Swedish and deep tissue massage, sports massage, fascial release, Reflexology and Ayurvedic head massage. This broad therapeutic background allows me to draw from a wide range of hands-on techniques, while shaping every treatment around the individual, their comfort and what their body communicates to me.

I am particularly passionate about helping people who feel stuck in cycles of pain, tension or stress. Modern life places significant demands on our bodies and minds, and I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel more balanced, resilient and comfortable in their own body.
